Project overview

One of the ‘hottest’ areas to invest in at the moment is definitely the picturesque mountain village of Kosharitsa. ‘Hot’ is probably the best word to describe it; not simply because of the fantastic summer season that attracts an exceptional number of tourists in just a couple of months, but also because of the multi-million euro investment happening in the area, that includes a new golf course, large complexes, hotels and much more. The village is conveniently located 2km away from Bulgaria’s top sea resort, Sunny Beach, thus offering prospective buyers the advantage of living in a tranquil mountain village, that is still just minutes away from one of the most exciting holiday spots in the Balkans!

Sunny Beach may be one of the top sea destinations in Europe; however, it is densely populated with holiday apartments. Hence, offering something unique on the market, such as villas in a sea resort, gives this property the cutting edge over the competition.

6. Bulk price – one of the main advantages with this investment is definitely the price it is being offered for, which undercuts the present market value by almost half. Furthermore, the plot may be split up into smaller sections to facilitate the selling process (should it be kept for speculation purposes), and thus making it even more affordable when placing it on the market.

7. Guaranteed regulation – MaBu offers a service that other companies do not; it guarantees that the plot will be regulated (i.e. attain building permits). MaBu will back this up by refunding all costs related* with acquiring the plot, including related costs such as company formation and permit application costs.
